Borinquen International Enterprises Inc., founded in 1977, is an expert in its exceptional craftsmanship. D.B.A D&I Upholstery Shop in Herndon, Virginia, is known for interior design, custom reupholstery, new furniture, slipcovers, custom window treatments, and handcrafted furnishings for commercial, government, and residential clients.

D&I is a minority-owned and small disadvantaged business, and its exceptional attention to detail is being brought into the world of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) procurement.

During the 2020 COVID-19 pandemic, we leveraged our sourcing expertise and commitment to excellence to pivot into providing high-quality PPE solutions.
